As the founder of Short Game Golf Academy in Castroville, Texas, Joe has helped build one of America’s premier golf practice and training destinations. Short Game has twice been recognized as a Top 50 Stand-Alone Driving Range in America by the Golf Range Association of America.
Joe’s coaching accomplishments include being named a three-time U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Coach and a four-time GRAA Top 100 Growth of the Game Instructor. His passion for developing players has helped competitive juniors pursue collegiate golf opportunities, including coaching his daughter, Destiny McNeil, to a commitment to the University of Georgia.
Before building his career in golf, Joe operated an IT business, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, business development, operations, and leadership. Those experiences continue to influence his approach to coaching, business, and the conversations he brings to his podcast.
